Diva

Diva is a new residential complex located in the southern part of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. The project was developed by Reportage Properties and is scheduled for completion in Q3 of 2024. The building is being designed using a light colour scheme that blends well with the green landscape of the island. The aim of the project is to provide residents with a place to work, live, and relax. There are several nearby leisure areas and entertainment venues. Properties include studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom duplexes that range in size from 299 sq. ft. to 1,679 sq. ft. Units will be designed using a neutral colour palette, which allows owners the chance to customise spaces based on their personal needs and preferences. The bathrooms will have premium-quality tiles and will be equipped with showers. Kitchens will have built-in cabinets and marble countertops.
