Porto Playa is located on Hayat Island. The island is part of the Mina Al Arab coastal region in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the UAE. It is known for its amazing nature, stunning beaches and mountains that are ideal for hiking and cycling. Porto Playa residents can reach the centre of Ras Al Khaimah in half an hour by car. Dubai can be reached within an hour's drive.
There are several schools and kindergartens close to the complex, which can be reached within a 5-10 minute drive.
